Projects

Each year students propose or work on a number of ongoing projects, individually or in groups. Below are some thematic options for you to explore this year. One or more might apply to you on a given project.

Themes

independent study projects and/or capstone for the certificate

Education Robotics R&D INTERNSHIPS: Arduino applied application to program curriculum + external collaborations

Arduino Games: art and science applications (focus on game creation for LED displays)

AI Projects: learn with the AI Launch Lab Saturdays this Fall (virtual) and apply this to a project

Science Communication: personal interest articles, science reviews, podcast, SPACE writing contest, etc.

use of Novel Fabrication Technologies: CAD design, 3D printing, laser cutting (workshops this year)

AI Robotics: learn AI with autonomous robotics on a virtual training platform that involves a navigation challenge
