1. I understand that NCYC comes with a significant cost - $725 - and that I will be responsible for submitting payments to Heart of Mary in a timely manner for my son/daughter to attend the conference. I fully commit to paying the entire amount due. If my son/daughter needs to withdraw from the trip, I understand that I am not entitled to any portion of the costs that I have previously paid. I also understand that should my son/daughter need to withdraw from the trip, I will notify our group leader no less than 15 days prior to the next payment due date. 

2. If fund-raising was to occur, I understand that money raised would be shared among those who participated in the fundraiser to the extent that they were involved. 

3. Payment dates are as follows: 

$125 - due upon registration 

$125 - due November 10, 2022 

$125 - due February 10, 2023 

$125 - due April 10, 2023 

$125 – due June 10, 2023 

$100 - due August 10, 2023 

All payments should be made to Heart of Mary and may be turned in to any of the cluster offices or mailed to:
