Rentals include use of Camp Cherith grounds, waterfront and covered pavilion. Canoes, kayaks, life jackets & other boating and sports equipment. The camp does not provide bedding or towels. Food services are not included with price. Pets must be confined to their owner's accommodations or kept leashed and not left unattended.

We will contact you once we confirm availability for the facility/site requested and, if available, we will send you a rental agreement with our full "Terms & Conditions" Once the agreement is read and your service fee is received the reservation is yours. Day Visitors must pay in advance to reserve your space.

1. Booking: A service fee will be required to hold your booking.  It will be applied to your final bill or toward a future booking:
- Cook's Castle, Jay’s Nest, and Whippoorwill’s Trailer: 10% or minimum of $100.00
- Cabins/short-term serviced trailer sites: 10% or minimum of $50.00
- Seasonal serviced trailer sites: $300.00
2. Cancellation:
- Cancellation by guest: You must notify us in writing. The service fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by CCC: all fees will be refunded.
3. Payment: Except for seasonal trailer sites, the balance of your bill is required at check-in.
