Dear Parents/Carers,

Please find a booking form attached for the spring term (3rd Jan - 31st March). The deadline for submissions is noon 14th Dec. If you are past this date,  please submit a booking form anyway. I will only respond if there is a problem with availability.

Please ensure you read these notes thoroughly prior to bookings.

This form will enable you to book into both Littletown Laurels Breakfast Club (BC) and for After School Club (ASC).  If you wish to use either of our childcare provisions please ensure this booking form, and an up to date registration form, is completed before you intend to use our provisions. An up to date registration form must be completed before we can accept any bookings.  Please ensure you fill in a separate form for each child. These will also be as a google form.

Please note:
As we no longer use the old mobile numbers for our childcare provisions which some parents may still have, If you need to make alterations to your sessions, please email me (hannah.groves@littletownacademy.org) with a full week's notice in order to not be charged. Otherwise, you will be charged for ALL the sessions you have booked. As normal, we will be able to refund sessions for illness, the effects of Covid-19 or serious extenuating circumstances if we are notified before 9am on the day of your booking. This is so we know our expected numbers and calculate staffing ratios and order necessary resources etc. This is also due to the high demand for places and the need to book extra staff in advance. We have an awareness that some parents/carers will find bookings difficult when there are restrictions to refunds.

When booking sessions you must deposit the correct funds through either the government childcare voucher scheme or Parentpay A WEEK IN ADVANCE of your bookings (new to school parents will be issued a ParentPay code in the first week of school and will begin to be billed as soon as your ParentPay code is created). Breakfast and ASC are pre-payment services therefore if there aren't the relevant funds in the accounts, your bookings will not be accepted and you will need to arrange other childcare.

PLEASE NOTE: We have increased our prices due to inflation. We understand this may not be a welcomed change for some but we have had to make this necessary decision in light of the current economic situation. You will also notice that the session times have changed slightly due to lengthening the school day.

Breakfast Club and After school club is £4.50 per session, whether you need the whole session or partial. There are three sessions at A.S.C. per day. They are; until 4:30pm, until 5:15pm and until 6:00pm. i.e. until 4:30pm = £4.50, until 5:15pm = £9.00 and until 6:00pm = £13.50.

There will only be a reply to your form submission if there is a problem. If you do not have a reply, please assume you have successfully booked these sessions.
