The tCheck promise offers a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. To return your order it should be in the original packaging and must not have been disassembled or damaged. All accessories must be included.
Refunds are issued to back your credit card.  We will only refund the actual purchase price in US ($) dollars. Returned products need to be in clean or unused condition. Any item received with damage will be deducted from your refund or may not be eligible for a refund.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If the device is defective, we will repair or replace the device, at our option, at no cost.  It may be necessary to troubleshoot the issue before this determination can be made.  Warranty replacement covers the device only. It does not extend to the Expansion Kit.

Re-calibration with a new tray is ONLY available for tCheck 2 devices and damaged tray issues. We do not re-calibrate a device unless the tray has been damaged.

All returns are processed within 5-business days after receiving in our warehouse.
