*Practice / tryout times will be announced

 The Swan Valley Athletic Department would like to get a sign-up for any students interested in participating in winter sports in the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.  Please answer the following questions so coaches know how many athletes to expect the first day of practice / tryouts. The Athletic Department can also use this information to check if you have an updated physical on file and if your parents / guardians have completed the required FamilyID sports registration.  Please remember that all students must have an updated sports physical on file (one completed on or after April 15, 2022) and have registered on FamilyID before they can try out or practice.  If you did not play a fall sport, a parent / guardian can register you at: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/swan-valley-school-district.
