Thank you for your interest in attending the Nov 6th event as a member of the media.

By sharing your information with the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, the host of this event, we will add you to our database for communication about our programs, our horses and the opportunity to get involved with our work.  

Due to the unique location of the Horse Show, on the grounds of the Blackburn Correctional Complex, all media credential requests will be reviewed and subject to approval by the Kentucky Department of Corrections.  Completion of this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL.  All requests for media credentials must be received by 5pm on November 1st.

The Kentucky Department of Corrections Public Information Office will communicate directly with each member of the media seeking a media credential for this event.  Approvals will be communicated by Blackburn on a timely basis, dependent on information from the Department of Corrections.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All approved members of the media will be asked to arrive by 11:00am on November 6th to receive their media credential and briefing on the permitted and prohibited photographs and interview topics allowed on the grounds of the Blackburn Correctional Complex.  Media professionals who do not attend this briefing may not be permitted to bring their equipment to the Horse Show.  Please feel welcome to share this form with colleagues within the media - as all are welcome.  

A detailed message of confirmation will be sent to all approved Media by no later than Monday, November 4th.
