Joining the Oxford Union’s Appointed Committee is a fantastic way to get involved in your Union. You have the opportunity to shape the Union from behind the scenes, whether by inviting speakers, running events, negotiating sponsorship, or effecting long-term change.

The applications window has now been extended, and will close at 23:59PM on THURSDAY 4th MARCH. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis via Zoom. The application form does not take long, so you're advised to get it done as soon as possible. Please note that late applications will not be accepted, and that not all applicants will be invited for interview. Despite this, we will endeavour to get back to all applicants. We will try to inform you of the outcome of your application in early Week 8.
