Welcome to Full Throttle Gaming (FTG) official Blacklist Appeal Form! This is for members who were previously ranked Private or above whom were removed from the community for the protection of FTG as a whole. This form is sent directly to the Community Leaders ONLY and can only be handled at this level. and is asking for access to either be re-recruited into the community or lessen their Blacklist to a Ban!

Please note that Blacklist Appeals take time to process! Please give us 3 to 6 weeks to process your appeal! It may take more time if it is around an important holiday.
