As women and as individuals, we often find ourselves in situations where we cannot even explain what we are facing to ourselves.

The world tells us to explain what happened to us, but we have not learned how to do it.

How can we resolve these difficulties?

Through this workshop, you will learn how to discover your inner feelings, how to embrace the feeling as a happening and how to express them through your body. It will be an opportunity to communicate with yourself without saying what you do not want to say.

Let’s go one step closer to ourselves and develop the strength to overcome our difficulties and frustrations.
