Uwharrie Vineyards Server Application
Interested in a fun, weekend job? Then a server at Uwharrie Vineyards & Winery is the perfect fit for you! 
This is a weekend-based job, mostly on Saturdays (potentially Friday/Sundays as well, based on season).

Our fun, high-energy team is led by our Manager, Crystal, and you will work alongside 1-2 servers. You will be working behind the bar serving wine, as well as helping manage the Wine Room, serve and buss tables, restock inventory, and more.

Location: Uwharrie Vineyards & Winery (Albemarle, NC)

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Assist with wine and drink service at the Bar
  • Interact with guests and provide top notch customer service
  • Help serve, buss tables and tidy the Wine Room and Bar as needed
  • Assist with restocking the Bar and wine fridges as needed

Requirements: 
  • No previous bartending or service experience required (but preferred).
  • Outgoing, energetic and people-oriented!
  • Able to work independently but also take direction when needed.

Hours:

  • Weekends (mostly Saturdays)
  • 6 to 8-hours shifts
  • Minimum two weekends per month

Compensation: $10.00/hr plus tips
