The following are parts of the 2020 Camp Staff Application Packet.  They all must be completed and received by February 23, 2020. Packets received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.

1. Camp Staff Application—Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety.
2. Three Summer Camp Reference Forms—1 from Union Church family; 2 from non-Union Church  family (no relatives, please)
3. Medical Release Form

You MUST also commit to attend 3 of the 4 scheduled Camp Staff training meetings.  
The training dates are:
Sunday, March 1st at Noon
Sunday, March 22nd at Noon
Sunday, April 19th at Noon
Sunday, May 31st at Noon  This meeting is MANDATORY
