This form is to be completed by landowners whose lands are within or adjacent to an agricultural district that is subject to a review. The information obtained from this form will be utilized by the County in evaluating the current status of agriculture, and to propose modifications to the district boundaries, if any. Responses will remain confidential, and contact information will only be used if there are any follow-up questions.
