Hello, South County Vipers.  I am excited and honored to be the new High School Cross Country Coach!  I am asking for those interested in running cross country next season to sign up below.  I am also asking those student-athletes that have participated in the sport of cross country before to talk to their friends and encourage others to join the team.  It is a rewarding sport and everyone can work towards individual goals, which leads to forming outstanding team goals. I will send out more information throughout the summer.
