Students have the opportunity to attend our badminton club in term 1 and term 2 and for those that are interested in more competitive competition, students can play in the College Sport North Harbour Badminton Year 9 and 10 Competition in term 3.
Please complete the following Expression of Interest form if you/your child is interested in participating in badminton. If your child is interested in attending the term 1 badminton club, please complete the registration form as well.
Badminton Club: An opportunity for students to come and play badminton. This is open to all students and no experience is required. There is no coaching in these sessions but an opportunity for students to play in a fun and relaxed environment.
Term 1 Club - Starting week 6 for 5 weeks. Please register through the following link:
Competition Season:
Term 2 - Badminton trials, training and coaching for students registering to play for the term 3 competition.
Registration details will be available early term 2.
Term 3 - Badminton North Harbour Competition (weekly teams competition for players registered to play)
Players will also have weekly trainings.
Term 4 - AJHS Badminton Club if sufficient gym availability. Details will be advised late term 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Completing this expression of interest form does not confirm a students place within the badminton programme. A registration form with confirmed details will be sent to all students that have expressed interest in playing badminton in 2024.
