*All transportation costs, and any other costs related to exhibit setup and maintenance not explicitly offered above by The Mama & Family Expo are to be paid by the Exhibitor.

*Exhibitors must staff their own booth.

*Each booth is intended for the accepted exhibitor(s) only.

*All exhibitors are required to supply their own, signage, table cloths, chairs, etc.

*All food vendors must follow all Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) Special Event and Food Vendor requirements - https://www.wechu.org/food-safety/special-events-and-food-vendor-requirements

* Exhibitors will be able to set up on Saturday May 4, 2024.

*All booths must be constructed and ready for business by 9:30 am Saturday May 4, 2024.

*Tear down of exhibitor booths must not begin until the end of the expo on Saturday May 4, 2024 at 4 pm.

*All booths must remain constructed and available to the public until the end of the event.

*There will be security overnight and booths must remain set up.

*Remove valuable items like cashboxes over night

*Early tear down will be subject to a $200 fee.

*No exhibit will be allowed into or out of the expo without clearance from The Mama & Family Expo.

*At such time after the close of the expo, all exhibits shall be removed and cleared from the expo space and vacant possession of the exhibit space shall be delivered to The Mama & Family Expo in as good and clean order and condition as it was when delivered to Exhibitor.

*Exhibitors will pay the cost of repairing any damage caused to the Caboto Club facility by the Exhibitor and/or its contractors.
