2) Positions filled by a current employee, contractor, intern or student transitioning to a regular position, or an employee transferring within CommonSpirit are not eligible for a referral bonus.

3) Positions filled by a candidate who had been employed by CommonSpirit as an employee or contractor within 12 months of their application date are not eligible for a referral bonus.

4) All employees, except those at vice president level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the position, are eligible for a referral bonus.

5) The referring employee's name must be entered on the candidate's application to be eligible for the referral bonus. A referral bonus may not be split, the first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for the referral bonus.

6) The referral bonus will be paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment and is subject to tax withholdings. Both the referring employee and the employee hired must be active employees at the time the bonus is paid.  An employee who is on leave of absence at the time the bonus payment is due will have the bonus payment deferred until the employee returns to active, paid status.
