Enhancing Quality of Early Learning (EQEL)
This training is the first 10 hours for Enhancing Quality of Early Learning, or EQEL.

-This first ten hours includes: Culturally Responsive Practices, Brain Building, Executive Function, and Responsive Caregiving.
-Early Learning Professionals (assistant teacher, lead teacher, family home licensee, program supervisor, assistant director, and center director) new to the field of child care after August 1, 2019 must complete EQEL unless an approved alternative was met.
-Alternatives include: an ECE Short or State Certificate.
