FSA ELA Retake Schedule Form

Due to the cancellation of the 2019-2020 testing window due to COVID, we were unable to administer the 10th grade ELA testing requirement for graduation. Although you were unable to test, you are still required to meet the ELA test requirement for graduation. We will be offering the assessment at EHS for Lake Live Students beginning on September 28th through October 2nd.

Please complete the following registration form to schedule. If you would like to opt-out of testing during this window, please indicate your choice below. If you do not complete this form, you will be automatically scheduled for the first available date. The ELA is given over a period of three consecutive days and consists of three sections: Writing; Reading Session 1; and Reading Session 2. Please consult with your parents before completing this form. This test will be offered in the spring.
