What we do?

The Cricket Club at Purdue University (PUCC) is the official club for cricket that provides competitive and recreational sporting experience of cricket to the community in West Lafayette, Indiana. PUCC is an all-volunteer student-run organization with a mission to positively impact the well-being of its members by staying active and healthy through club activities. PUCC promotes inclusion and multi-culturalism by connecting student athletes from diverse nationalities and fields of study.

Along with cricket prowess, PUCC members develop organizational and leadership skills through managing club activities. PUCC members emerge with advance decision making, strategic planning, efficient time and resource management, teamwork, and resiliency among many others. Most of our club members are international students and come from diverse cultures, hence participating in club activities promotes cultural acceptance. These competencies acquired through PUCC prepare members to excel in their future role.

Why we need your support?

The Cricket Club at Purdue University (PUCC) won the Regional Midwest Championship in the 2022 NCCA T20 tournament. Proceeds will aid PUCC to participate in the 2023 NCCA National Championship and promote the reputable brand of Purdue University through cricket activities. Your generous gift will support registration, travel, food and accommodation for a team of 18 student athletes. We greatly value and acknowledge the support and involvement of all our members, donors and sponsors.
