The first thing you should do is speak directly to your child's teacher, special education resource teacher or the school principal or vice-principal.  If you still have concerns, please complete this form.  

We will send the information you give to the Superintendent of Education responsible for Special Education.  We will also send your concern to the Special Education Administrator.  We will follow up with you within three school days.
