Please bring your own meditation towel/shawl, meditation cushion/mat & sleeping bag, breakfast and lunch will be served. Priority will be given to applicants who can attend full session. Participants shall be willingly to accept all rules set by the center, the assigned tasks and available room & board.
請自備蓋腳巾/禪修圍巾，坐墊和睡袋。 備有早午齋結緣，全程參與優先。參與者應樂意接受禪林規則, 指定的任務, 和提供的食宿。

Sayadaw U Aggañña

Sayadaw U Aggañña was born in 1953, Myanmar and graduated with a BSc degree in mathematics from Rangoon University. He started practicing as a lay Buddhist in1989 and was later ordained by his teacher, Pa-Auk Sayadaw U Acinna in1992. He currently resides at International meditation center, PaAuk branch, Thanlyin, Myanmar.
From years 1997-1998 and 2000-2001, Sayadaw taught meditation to both lay people and monks at various centers in Sri Lanka.  While in Myanmar, Sayadaw taught meditation at the Pa-Auk Forest Monastery. He also taught at the International Buddhasassana Meditation Centre in Thanlyin, Myanmar as an assistant teacher. He later returned to Sri Lanka to continue his meditation practice and teaching at the Na-Uyana Forest Hermitage. He has also conducted Meditation Retreats in Malaysia 2005-2009, in China & Indonesia 2008, and in USA & Thailand 2018.

尚智(阿甘雅)尊者 1953 出生，緬甸人。畢業於仰光大學。尊者目前在帕奧國際禪修中心。
1992在帕奧禪師座下出家，於禪師的嚴格指導下修習止觀業處,帕奧禪林的最資深禪師之一，通英、緬等語言。曾修學與教禪於緬甸帕奧禪林及斯裏蘭卡的龍樹林 。
1996 隨帕奧禪師至斯裏蘭卡弘法, 1997~1998 在斯裏蘭卡指導禪修, 2000 隨帕奧禪師在馬來西亞檳城指導禪修, 2000~2001 在斯裏蘭卡指導禪修, 2005~ 2009 在馬來西亞，雪蘭指導禪修,2008 在中國和印尼指導禪修, 2018年在美國和泰國指導禪修。
