Why this form?

This is a sign-up form to indicate interest to enroll to the course on English Communication at Foundation Level. After signing up, the selection test link (Google form) will be shared via email.

Who Can Enroll to the Course?:
This course is meant for young professionals and college students. Those who did not have proper English medium education or could not enhance English speaking due to their economic, social or cultural background can benefit from this course.

Any Eligibility Criteria?:
A selection test must be given in the link below. Since the ideal student would be those who really need help, unlike the usual tests, in this test those who score 50% or lower get selected.

Course Duration, Days and Timings?:
Course is for 21 weeks (5+ months). Mondays and Wednesdays. 5pm to 6pm. No other time slots available at present.

Course Fees?:

Rs.12,600 payable in 2 installments. Rs.6300 before commencement and remaining after 2 months from date of commencement.

Where will the course be held?:
The classes will be conducted at Global Art Centre, AECS Layout, Bangalore.

What is the Start Date?:

The start date is 24th May 2023 (depending on number of confirmed enrollments)

How many are in a batch?:

The maximum capacity for learners would be 15 in a batch.

Any Trial Class Possible before confirmation?:

Yes, the first class is considered as trial. If the decision is to continue with the course, the trial class is included in the charges.

What Confirms an Enrollment?:

Enrollment is confirmed only:

If the result in the selection test is 50% or lower.
Required payment is done before 2nd class begins. 1st class is trial class (for those who want to decide after trying).

Basic vocabulary and pronunciation corrections
Sentence formation and basic grammar
Reading
Writing
Conversations and Speaking fluency

Medium of Instruction?:

The medium of instruction will be English. Instructor can additionally support through Hindi or Tamil if that helps to make it easier to convey the message for learners. Instructor is not fluent in Kannada.

Learners are expected to bring a dedicated notebook for this course.
Regular attendance and commitment to learning will bring the needed progress in English.
Classes will begin on time and end on time.
Workbook, activities, homework etc. will be assigned regularly.
Those who do not complete the 2nd installment payment on time after 2 months from commencement of course will be removed from the course.
