2022-2023 Folly Kids' Series Field Trip Request Form

Entering its 40th season, the 2022-2023 Folly Kids’ Series season will present 5 productions (2 performances each) promoting creative thinking, inclusivity, and self-esteem. Through engaging stories promoting various attributes of “joy,” the Folly aims to educate and encourage students with stories representative of our community’s diverse population. As we welcome Kids’ Series audiences back to the Folly for live performances, we are excited to unlock imaginations in our newly revitalized theater with its iconic historic flair. 

Ticket and bus transportation subsidies available for Title I schools. Please see form below.

IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Please read carefully.

- Performances last approximately one hour.

- Please plan transportation arrangements to allow arrival no earlier than 30-minutes but no later than 10-minutes prior to curtain.

- One free admission ticket available for every 10 paid tickets per performance.

- All children 2 years and older will require a ticket.

- At least half of total payment amount required to hold reservations.

- Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to performance date.

 - Accepted payments include: Check, Credit Card, Cash.

 - As are a small non-profit arts theater and due the nature of these events we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Upon completion of this form, Folly Theater staff will contact you within 48 business hours of your request to make attendance and payment arrangements.
