Living Rent and Better than Zero are launching this survey to gain a clearer idea of how Coronavirus has effected our working and living conditions in Scotland. We are already seeing that many tenants are having to choose between paying rent and being able to afford essential items. Meanwhile, landlords in the social and private rented sectors are failing to carry out crucial repairs and services in neighbourhoods throughout Scotland.

The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. With the results of this survey, we will be setting out demands for the next stage of the campaign for greater protection for tenants during the Coronavirus outbreak. A campaign which has already achieved a 6-month ban on evictions in Scotland.

This survey will be anonymous unless you are willing to give a testimony of your experience in the final questions 14 & 15. All data collected here will be stored in a password protected database, for use by Living Rent staff and elected positions only and will be deleted after six months.
