Each request will be reviewed by the Symposium Committee.
PRESENTATION FORMAT - Select one below

POSTER PRESENTATION: If you are presenting a research project, presenter must be present for the entire poster session. There will be a stand for each poster. 

Format: Poster dimensions must not exceed 42" x 44". If you wish to have your poster printed on the CAS printer (paper is 42" wide), your poster must have a white background, and you must email your poster as a PowerPoint slide or PDF to Tehreem Pasha (tpasha@une.edu) NO LATER THAN FRIDAY NOVEMBER 17th, 2023 by 11:59pm. You will receive a confirmation email when your poster is finished with pick-up instructions.

You may use a poster that you presented earlier in the year.

 ART DISPLAY:  Art submissions are always encouraged. For the Art Display, you can be creative on how you would like to present via poster or bring any medium of art. If you are doing a poster you do not need to follow the same poster format that is expected of research presentations. Artists must be present for the entire art display session. There will be a poster stand for each group.
