UAB Trauma Survivors Day event registration

The UAB Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery is excited to recognize Trauma Survivors Day with you on Wednesday, May 18! We hope you can join us for one or both of the events we have planned for the day.

3:00 p.m. - We will gather in the North Pavilion 2nd floor atrium to honor the trauma team and trauma survivors. Come early to enjoy a violin performance, refreshments, and a photo booth to show your support to trauma survivors. Hear from survivors as their share their incredible stories of recovery.

4:00 p.m. - Immediately following the event, we will take an approximately 1 mile walk called Race to Rebuild across the UAB medical campus. We will start at the Jim Limbaugh Family Park of Hope, located outside the front of the Women and Infants Center. The walk will last approximately 30 minutes and will be done at a slow and easy pace.
