Permission/Info form for Concert Band CMEA Trip

The Concert Band has been selected to perform at CMEA conference on Friday, January 28th at 1pm at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. This is a massive honor for the group. On 1/28/2022 The coach bus will leave DSA no later than 9:30am. Please pack a lunch for your child to eat at the Broadmoor when they arrive there. Please indicate below your permission for your child to participate in this great event. If you'd like to attend please indicate this below. Also, please indicate if you'd like to drive your own child. The students will load the bus and return to DSA right after the concert being back at DSA between 3:30-4pm.
