All families of students entering grades K-12 this year are urged to complete the Goshen 2020 Reopening Survey by August 13.

The survey asks a series of questions directly related to school reopening, including your choice of how your child(ren) will attend school (via hybrid learning or remote learning), whether your child(ren) will use school transportation, your family’s Internet access needs, and more.

Please note that these responses are NOT binding. We understand that some families may be unsure as to some of these decisions. Please indicate the answer that you are leaning toward for each question. This information is critical as we finalize our Reopening Plans for the start of school. While answers may prompt some follow-up communication, you will not be held to how you answer this form alone.

In a time of so much uncertainty, we are planning for the best possible school year with health and safety as our top priority. The Goshen Fall Reopening survey is a critical part of our planning and we thank you for completing this by August 13.
