If you have additional requests please submit a separate form per each request. Please keep in mind that the tenant is responsible for the first $150 of most repairs (see lease) and for all tenant and tenants' guests' incurred damages.
Please also be aware that due to covid and shortages in labor/materials there may be delays beyond the control of this company (see covid addendum in your lease). If you do not hear back from us with 48 hours please email Nicole@archouses.com as technical glitches do sometimes occur.
