We are accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year! If you live OUTSIDE of the School District of Athens, you ALSO need to submit an Open Enrollment form through the WI Department of Instruction at
dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment. The deadline for Open Enrollment is April 30, 2024.
The application deadline for this form is April 30 2024. If Maple Grove reaches its enrollment limit, a lottery will be held. The governance board has established an enrollment limit of 135 with caps in Kindergarten and 1st at 21-23 learners, 2nd and 3rd at 23-25.
Parents/Guardians should complete one form per child they wish to enroll at Maple Grove Charter School during the 2023-24 school year. You Do NOT have to complete this application or another open enrollment form if your child is already a student at MGCS. This is for all NEW families and any New siblings of students who are already at MGCS.
You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your application. After the April 30th deadline and review of numbers and open enrollment approval (if applicable) you will receive a final enrollment email.
