Impact Scholarship Application (6th grader, new to SFC)

The Impact Scholarship provides $2,500 to the winner. Additionally, the 3 finalists will receive $1,000 each. The scholarship is granted in addition to any tuition grant allocation. The scholarship is renewable up to graduation provided that a student maintains a strong grade point average and the family has continued financial need. Criteria:
Incoming 6th grader, new to SFC
Demonstrated financial need (FAST)
Completed admissions application
3.5 GPA or better
Entrance assessment - MAPs results average and above
Personal references (personal & non-personal)
