Thank you so much for your interest in joining The Barking Bodega for our Best Day Ever! This event is the one-year celebration of our opening and the biggest event of the year. Our park space is over 43,000 sq feet and will draw in hundreds of people from the dog-loving community. We are excited to highlight some awesome, local businesses and would love for you to join us for The Best Day EVER! Please see below for additional details. Once complete, our event coordinator will reply back to you within 72 hours.


WHAT: The Best Day EVER @ The Barking Bodega

Park space, vendors, contests, races, breed meet-ups, raffles, farmers market, dog adoption, and more!

WHEN: Saturday, March 19th, 2022

WHERE: 1490 E Weber Dr. Tempe, AZ

EVENT TIME: 9am - 2pm

COST: $100/each for a 10’ x 10’ grass space or food truck vending space

25% discount is offered for non-profit organizations.

Vendors are able to keep 100% of sales made at the event.


VENDOR RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

Vendor agrees to abide by all rules set forth by The Barking Bodega LLC.
 
1. Registration fee only includes vendor space. Tables and chairs will not be provided and are solely the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors will supply their own tent and tabling equipment. Tents cannot be anchored by stakes, as they will puncture sprinklers. Vendors must use weights to anchor their tents.

2. The Barking Lot Concepts LLC does not provide equipment, decoration, labor carpenters, storage for exhibit materials, special lighting, gas, power, water supply or other related services.

7:00 AM -  8AM         9 AM - 2 PM                  2 PM - 3 PM

Load in/Set up begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday. If a Vendor is not on the premises by 8:00 AM, their space will be forfeited. The location of the vendor booths will be assigned the evening before the event by the Event Coordinator – Hope Hofseth.

Vendors agree to be set-up by 8:45 am and remain set-up until 2 pm. This timeline must be agreed to without exception. Breakdown/load out starts at 2 PM.

4. To secure your vendor space full payment must be submitted. This payment is non-refundable. NO REFUNDS will be issued. If any events are canceled due to COVID or otherwise, they will be rescheduled for a future date. All rescheduled events will take place on a Saturday during the same hours, in the same location.

5. Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable municipal, provincial and federal government laws and regulations, and assumes all liability for and undertakes promptly to pay all sales taxes, if any, which are assessed against either The Barking Bodega LLC in respect of the space occupied or the use to which the space is used. Each vendor is responsible for paying Tempe sales tax.

6. Excessive noise, bothersome lighting, or other use by vendors that interferes with the exhibition space used by other vendors is prohibited, as is the creation or maintenance by vendors of any dangerous or hazardous condition or situation.

7.Vendor acknowledges The Barking Bodega LLC provides no insurance covering the vendor's property. It is the vendor's sole responsibility to obtain interruption, property damage, personal injury, vandalism, theft and any other insurance it may need to cover any losses it may suffer at The Barking Bodega LLC. Vendor agrees that The Barking Bodega LLC will not be responsible to the Vendor for any losses suffered by Vendor. Vendors are responsible to have their own liability insurance.

8.Vendors must demonstrate public liability coverage of at least $1,000,000. Such a certificate must be issued at no additional cost to The Barking Bodega LLC and Singh Farms L.L.C. The Client's insurance company shall state The Barking Bodega LLC and Singh Farms L.L.C will be held harmless with respect to any liability arising out of or relating from use of the Premises. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Barking Bodega LLC and Singh Farms L.L.C our partners, employees, agents, members, officers, directors, affiliates and independent contractors from any and all claims, actions, suits or allegations for damages or losses to person or property due to the action of you or your guests in connection with your event, unless such damages or losses are attributable to our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Except as stated in the preceding sentence, neither of us is liable to the other for any incidental, consequential, indirect, and special or punitive damages.
