Summer 2021 Un-webinar Series
Unlike a traditional webinar,  during an un-webinar, the audience decides where the discussion goes. There is an umbrella topic for each session, but at the beginning of the un-webinar, attendees vote for the most popular questions or sub-topics (submitted in this registration form), and the most popular sub-topics will be opened up as discussions in smaller groups, with a moderator/facilitator. All language educators welcome!

Where: online via Zoom. THE SESSIONS WILL *NOT* BE RECORDED.

When: June 9, June 23, July 28, and August 4, at 2:00pm Eastern / 1:00pm Central / 11:00am Pacific. Each topic has its own date. You can sign up for just one, a few, or all of them.

Cost: free.

Co-sponsored by the Alabama World Languages Association (AWLA), the Illinois Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ICTFL), and the Downstate Illinois Chapter of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP).

Organizers: Dr. Florencia Henshaw (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign) and Dr. Krista Chambless (University of Alabama at Birmingham)

Please note: We will not be granting PD credits or certificates.
