CONservation Middle School Election CON 2020
April 3rd-5th
Sponsored by the Heartland Area Youth Council in collaboration with People's Church of Kalamazoo
Check-in is within the hours of at 8:00 to 10:00 pm on Friday.  Pick-up/departure is at 9:00 am on Sunday.

Location of CON: People's Church 1758 N. 10th St., Kalamazoo, MI 49009

Complete one registration form per attendee
     Youth must be in 6th, 7th, and 8th, grades or the homeschool equivalent AND ages 11-14 (if 14, must still be
     enrolled in middle school)
     Adult sponsors must be at least 25 years of age and have a current background check on file at their home church
 
Cost: $40 per youth, $30 per adult sponsor (see the following for discounts and scholarship info)
     Families registering more than one person qualify for a $5 discount per person
     Partial Scholarships are available at $20 for youth/$15 for adults.

Payment: You can pay online at https://bit.ly/2PbUmvo or you can send a check to People's Church of Kalamazoo 1758 N 10th St. Kalamazoo MI 49009. You can also bring cash and pay on arrival
   
REGISTER EARLY!  The registration deadline is March 20th, 2020.  Registrations received after this date will be accepted at the discretion of CON planners and will require an additional $5 late fee.
