Summer 2022 Swim Team Parents

Please indicate which meets your athlete WILL be attending this season. Please fill out a separate form for each of your children. If you mark a meet and later find out your child will not be able to swim, please email rockbrookswimteam@gmail.com. Likewise, email is if you determine your swimmer is able to swim in a meet not marked below. Meet intent changes must be email by 11am on Monday prior to the meet.

The meet locations have yet to be determined at this time. The final meet schedule will be emailed out to the team following the GOSL coaches meeting in May

**Please note -- these meets have limited entires. We can only enter a certain amount of swimmers per event. We must know your availability to be considered.**

Your child must have availability for their age-group in prelims and finals in order to eligible for that meet series. If they are not available for finals, unfortunately they will not be considered for prelims.
