Thank you for your interest in employment at Risky Business! Experience with craft cocktails and draft beer is absolutely essential. Collaborating in the creation of recipes, following house guidelines, daily setup and cleaning, and educating customers are all part of the job. Pay ranges from $25/hr on slow nights to $70/hr on busy nights, with most nights being $35/hr when you add up base pay and the 23% gratuity we include on all bills. We currently operate Wednesday through Sunday, but we hope to add Mondays and Tuesdays soon!
