Gym Procedures. Please check each box when read. *

The gym will be operating an hourly booking system relevant to your membership to prevent overcrowding. You will be able to do this either through our mobile app, by speaking to an instructor, or by phoning the gym.

You MUST book your gym session for both daytime and out of hours sessions. You will not be able to just turn up and use the gym.

Members will only be able to have a maximum of 2 x 1 hour sessions per day initially.

Face coverings at this time are optional.

Please DO NOT bring a gym towel, use paper towels or cloths provided by the gym.

The showers will be unavailable for the time being, but the toilets are still available to use.

Please arrive and leave in your gym clothing when possible but bags must be left in your car not in the changing rooms.

You MUST register your attendance at the start of your gym session either by the keyfob scanner by the desk or by informing an instructor for us to comply with track and trace.

When using gym equipment, please clean all touch points BEFORE and AFTER using the equipment with the cleaning products provided by the gym.

Please place all used cloths/paper towels in the relevant bins, and return cleaning products after your session.

Spectators or other family members are not allowed, only gym users to minimise footfall.

Please bring your own hand sanitiser or use those around the gym as soon as you enter.

Please respect the social distancing floor markings whilst your in the gym.

If you show any symptoms of covid-19, please DO NOT attend the gym until you are given the all clear.

No 'spotting' another member doing resistance exercises due to social distancing restrictions.

Anyone found to be breaching any of the above conditions will receive 1 official warning. A 2nd breach will result in the immediate termination of your membership at Cromwell Barn. You have been warned!
