Producer/Project Manager Recruitment Form

Do you have a talent for keeping projects on track, managing communication between teams, and anticipating and stepping in to remove roadblocks – in a single phrase, a talent for just getting things done? If so, Null Signal Games would love to hear from you – we are hiring one Producer and a few Project Managers in our Product and Engagement departments!

The Producer working in Product will primarily be coordinating the efforts of the Visual and Narrative teams. You’ll work with other producers and liaise with other members of the Product department, all to facilitate the process of developing and producing new Netrunner sets. You’ll be able to jump in and immediately make an impact by helping coordinate ongoing work on the “Bell Tower” cycle. A background working in a creative capacity is an asset for this role, since you’ll be working with creative teams on a day-to-day basis.

The Project Managers working in Engagement will primarily coordinate cross-functional projects that involve the teams in the Engagement department (Community, EDI, Marketing, Organized Play, and Web Development). Your goal is to work with the teams involved to plan and keep those projects on track, keep a close eye on deadlines and roadblocks, and keep key stakeholders (especially the Executive team) up to date on progress. You’ll be able to jump in and immediately make an impact on projects like our revised Learn to Play document, the revamp to nullsignal.games, and NRDB2.

Both of these roles require project management experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to keeping things on track in service of a larger goal.

As these skill sets align quite closely, we imagine that if you’re interested in one role, there’s a good chance you’re interested in the other as well. To make things easier for applicants, this is a joint application: you only need to fill out one form, just indicate which role(s) you want to apply for! You are allowed and encouraged to apply to both roles at the same time if you are interested in both.
