The House of Delegates (HOD) is an annual convening of all chapter representatives and serves as the legislative body of APAMSA. ALL chapters must send AT LEAST ONE representative to the HOD Meeting - preferably the chapter president/chair so they can accurately represent their chapter when voting for Constitutional amendments, resolutions, and National Board elections.

For accessibility, the HOD Meeting will convene via a hybrid model - i.e. in-person AND virtual meeting - at the National Conference on Saturday, March 4th from 12:15-1:45pm PST (3:15-4:45pm EST). Limited travel stipends are available for delegates who plan to attend BOTH the HOD Meeting AND the rest of the National Conference (Saturday main events) in-person.

If you only plan to attend HOD virtually, and not the rest of the Conference, you do NOT have to register for the National Conference 2023 (although it is highly encouraged!). If you are attending the conference, you MUST fill out the registration form and purchase your ticket on Eventbrite.

Additionally, please assign an Alternate Delegate in the event that your primary delegate cannot attend.
