Hello future panelists!
We're excited to invite you to apply for FWA Panels which will receive applications through February 17th, 2024 (11:59 PM EST). Additionally, we're on the lookout for workshop hosts. Workshops involve hands-on activities where participants create something to take home. If hosting a workshop piques your interest, please contact us at programming@furryweekend.com after completing the form.
Please ensure you fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. Your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have relevant experience in the field they plan to present.
- Serious applicants only, please.
Approval to host a panel doesn't include convention admission. Make sure to register for an attendee membership at furryweekend.com/registration.Important Notes:
- Submit a separate application for each panel you wish to host.
- Approval isn't guaranteed for any panel submission.
- DJs interested in speaking about their field should use this form. For DJing at FWA events/dances, contact djing@furryweekend.com.
- Panel rooms don't have dedicated AV teams or access to the event stages. For main events space performances, contact entertainment@furryweekend.com.
