This form is the FIRST STEP in the Preakness Early Childhood Center Preschool general education enrollment process for the September 2023 - June 2024 school year.

Class sizes are limited and enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis dependent on availability.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM INFORMATION
> Children MUST BE 3 years of age by October 15, 2023 and toilet trained to start the preschool program.

> The Preakness Early Childhood Center provides an inclusive program to accommodate children of all ability levels.

> The Preakness Early Childhood Center offers a 3 Day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) OR a 5 Day (Monday-Friday) programs with sessions in the AM (8:20AM-10:55AM) and PM (12:10PM-2:45PM) in addition to a full day class (Mon-Fri 8:20AM-2:45PM) for 4 year old students entering kindergarten in 2024-2025 school year.

> Transportation is not provided to our general education/tuition paying students.

PLACEMENT REQUEST FORM INFORMATION
Once this Placement Request form is received, you will be contacted by email with placement availability within 5-10 business days. If an opening is NOT available then you have the option to be placed on the waitlist which is subject to availability and does NOT guarantee enrollment. Please check your spam/junk mail folder for our response.

DO NOT complete the New Student Registration form until you receive an email with the next steps.
