CSF Event Request Form

Event Request Requirements:

Request events with reasonable dates/times (weekends, breaks, staff learning days, etc).

Request events that are suitable for high schoolers.

Please try to request events which can accommodate 5 or more CSF volunteers.

Please try to request events that are no more than a 20 minute drive from San Jose/Cupertino.

You will receive 5 points for every successful event request (capped at 2 events or 10 points/month)
