Maplewood Career (Field High School) Transportation
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

The Maplewood bus will pick up and drop off Maplewood students at the High School.  The bus will leave promptly at 7:30 AM and drop off at the High School at approximately 2:50 PM.  Pick up and drop off location will be along the sidewalk in front of the High School's main entrance (Location may vary).  

Students WILL NOT be assigned to the Maplewood bus if parents/guardian choose no for transportation or do not fill out this form.  The Transportation Department will assume the student's parent/guardian will be responsible for finding alternate transportation if the bus is not needed.  

Please fill out 1 form for each student below for Maplewood transportation.
