This side event will officially launch the Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Working Group, initiated in 2019, with the intention of working alongside and other SWGs to advance SRH preparedness efforts. It will be an opportunity for attendees to understand the objectives of the groups; trends in preparedness; and contribute to a mapping of the work being done on preparedness through experience sharing on various themes. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of opportunities, gaps and a network of preparedness friends.

The event will take place on Wednesday, February 19th from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at the Millennium Hotel - additional details to follow.
