Terms and Conditions:I understand that V Bowden Photography is not responsible for children during the session and that children are the responsibility of the parents throughout. As a parent I will assist when requested and respond to my child’s needs as appropriate.I understand that child photography sessions do not always go according to plan and that V Bowden Photography will try to get the best photographs possible. If V Bowden Photography does not regard the session at a success, then another date may be suggested to take place at a mutually convenient time. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather with short notice. Three alternative dates will be offered and no refunds given.Health and safety is important and therefore if either party is unwell, the session should be rescheduled to avoid spreading illness to either client or photographer. The session will then be rearranged for a convenient time in the future. In line with COVID-19 advice, social distancing will take place and no props provided unless freshly washed. All parties will be responsible for hand hygiene. Neither party takes any responsibility for illnesses which may occur in the weeks which follow the photoshoot. Cancellation for any reason other than illness can be charged at 50% of the package at V Bowden’s discretion. I understand that following the session an online gallery will be available within 3 weeks to order images for the selected package. V Bowden will communicate with the client when this gallery becomes available. Images are then sent digitally. USBs and client apps are also options.I understand that all photos are the property of V Bowden Photography and that we will receive digital copies of the selected edited photographs after the photo shoot for the price agreed. I agree that V Bowden Photography may use the images from this shoot for her portfolio, website and marketing material.V Bowden works in collaboration with other businesses providing photographs for blogs, editorials and commercial purposes. By signing below, you are confirming ‘model release’ on these images which are owned by V Bowden. Images will not be sold.I understand that I may print photos from the digital copies but any online usage will credit V Bowden Photography. I will not edit or alter the images in any way from that in which they are given to me by V Bowden Photography. Failure to comply may result in legal action. I also understand that images uploaded and downloaded via social media will be of poorer quality due to the image compression that takes place for web uploads.Client details will not be kept or used without consent in line with Data Protection laws. Booking forms will be destroyed once the client receives their images and both parties have completed all transactions. Date is never shared or sold to third parties.
