Activities will be implemented in Georgia:

Advanced Planning Visit or APV (only for leaders) - In Tbilisi. Arrival: 20 of November / Departure: 22 November, 2021

Advanced Planning Visit (APV) is a great opportunity to have a meeting with your partners before the exchange groups actually come for the Youth exchange. The goals of this meeting are to update on the situation with youth groups and their expectations, clarify the objectives and the programme of exchange, visit the venue and discuss practicalities, agree on common rules and divide tasks between partners.

(Please notice!!! Person coming as a Leader for APV should attend the YE as well)

YE ( for full Group) - In Rustavi, Georgia.
 Arrival: 09 December / Departure: 20 December, 2021

Being good at school, work & studies doesn’t indicate whether you will be successful in your marriage & other relationships, whether you will become a good parent, how well will you manage your money & whether you will be a responsible member of the society. Idea of our project is to understand our own emotions & separate reality from what we see on social media. If we look back at the last 20 years we can see how much has changed in the workplace & the world. We need to be comfortable with the idea of change & be willing to adapt to the changes around us in order to become a competitive in the fast changing labor market.
During our project we will learn how to become a better leader, how to accept our emotions how to do self assessment and learn from our failures, how to set goals & manage our precious time and how to develop critical thinking.
 
Main objective is to create a connection between skills we need and skills we have, so that it is easier to enter the labor market with more skills than we had before this project.

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA’S
For LEADERS - above the age of 18, good English skills. Leaders should be ready to be the link between organizers and particiapants.
Age 18+
Attend and participate actively in all sessions during the whole period of the project.


All expenses are paid - food, accommodation, activities and transportation up to 360 euros!

By taking part in this project you will definitely gain new knowledge and skills and lots of great contacts that you will use in future.
