Thank you for taking the time to talk with us over the last couple of weeks. I would like to follow up with you about setting up In person , phone conferences or Zoom Virtual Membership Meetings. We would like to start getting them set up and on the calendar so that we begin to reach out to your members. We are happy to assist setting these meetings up and a registration page. We can also assist you in the email and texting of your members. This form can also be used to identify leaders and staff that you like to extend an invite to participate.  Once the member register, they will be sent the participation information in a separate email. For zoom and conference calls members will be able to participate via video feed or dial in. Please enter the information below that we need and a member from organizing will follow up with you.
