Epworth Small Groups Initiative - Spring 2022

In the early days of Methodism, small groups of persons journeying together were the heartbeat of our movement. Now as the pandemic has created some disconnections and dislocations among us, God is calling to us to reclaim these life-giving small communities.

In the next month, several new small groups will be forming. In preparation, please take a moment to let us know the kind of small group you might be interested in. We’ll follow up shortly after that with a list of options that match your interests.

In what area or emphasis would a small group be most meaningful to you right now?

A small group grounded in Scripture/Bible study.

A small group dealing grief over the death of a loved one or a loss that is greatly effecting you.

A small group that follows a guided curriculum (e.g,. Racial Equity Habit Building; Tough Conversations; Nonviolent Communication)

A small group that goes with the flow - no specific emphasis, just a commitment to journey together.
