Please fill out each section as completely as possible. The more details you can provide, the more accurately I can bring your idea to life! Please be sure to proofread your completed form before submission, to check for any missed fields or skipped information.
If a field of information is missing, you will be notified and the previous form will be discarded. I will not cobble together multiple forms for one commission.

Regardless of how many times you have commissioned me in the past, or however many social spaces we may share, PLEASE ALWAYS provide your Contact Method, Contact Username, and Paypal Email.
This helps streamline my process so I can spend more time on art, and less time on acquiring required information!
There are only 5 slots available at any given opening. Forms will be hand-picked to fill these slots, and slots will be filled as they are completed, unless otherwise stated on one of my platforms.
FILLING OUT A FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SLOT. I will contact you if I accept your commission form. Payment is required upfront, in full, before I begin work. Payment plans can be negotiated.
Please give me up to one week to begin your commission. I'm usually quick, but life does take precedence and I will do my best to inform you of any delays on my end!
I DO NOT DRAW: NSFW/Fetish, Offensive/Inflammatory Content.
Blood/gore, macabre/horror, and Suggestive work will be considered, but not guaranteed acceptance.
Unless specified, I send WIPs for correction and editing purposes at the Sketch, Lining, and Color stages. Additional fees may be incurred after certain stages are reached. Please check my Terms of Service for complete information regarding Revisions.
There is no need to contact me to tell me you have sent a form! My notifications are set to alert me to new responses!
